Every year nearly 55,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. This is the equivalent of one person every 10 minutes.
Breast cancer awareness day is held to fundraise so that breast cancer care can provide specialist nurses, local services and emotional support to those who need it.

This year’s breast cancer awareness day is on Friday 23rd of October and you can make a real difference in the fight against breast cancer.
So do your bit by getting together with friends, family or colleagues at work and get involved in breast cancer awareness day.
